High-Pressure Casting

Unlike traditional manual casting, TAITAO utilizes advanced high-pressure casting machines. This technology ensures higher ceramic density, smoother surface finish, and production efficiency of 1000+ sets/day.

Automated Glazing

We use premium self-cleaning glaze material. Our robotic glazing arms ensure a uniform thickness (0.8mm-1.0mm) across every curve, providing a surface that is easy to clean and anti-bacterial.

The 96-Meter Tunnel Kiln

The heart of TAITAO factory. Products are fired at a steady 1200°C for over 22 hours, ensuring extremely low water absorption (< 0.2%) and preventing cracking or yellowing.

Rigorous QC & Laboratory

Every single product undergoes appearance checks, vacuum leakage tests, flush function tests, and load-bearing tests in our state-of-the-art laboratory.

Custom Design & Molding
